1. Leading joyful, nourishing, and inspirational worship services.
2. Initiating inclusive group studies to grow the church in worship and study.
3. Engaging with members of all ages, supporting and guiding them in their faith journeys.
4. Providing consistent leadership and shaping the future of the church.
5. Collaborating with experienced staff and church members to further the mission and vision.
6. Addressing the emerging needs of the community and constituency through outreach and service.
